Soaked in a brine over night, then at 7 PM or so it got final rub down with my rub... now she's takin smoke until midnight or 1 am. (this one is for a party at work tomorrow)

Smokin some spare ribs
I've got a lone rack of spare ribs on the smoker right now... so simple to do, rub it, smoke it, eat it!
